Step 1 Complete the application for an ID card, in either English of French. ALL information fields must be complete and accurate.
Step 2 Obtain a digital picture, in passport format, made against a white/off white background. The picture must be digital and in jpg format. This is the usual format produced by digital cameras.
Step 3 The picture must be identified with your IATA ID number (which is also your IATA retiree ID number) on the back. Example: your former ID number was 12345 so the picture must be identified 12345.jpg. You can find your IATA number either on your “old” ID card”, or an old salary sheet. If you have Manulife health coverage it is the certificate number on your Manulife ID card. You can also contact Normandin Beaudry via email or phone for your IATA ID number. Information gathered will be kept confidential and will not be forwarded to anyone else other than the relevant IATA Service in charge of ID Cards. Any questions can be emailed to our IAIR ID Card Representative
Step 4 Return the completed form with the digital photograph as an attachment via email to our ID Card Representative.
