Request for Reduced Air Fare Tickets
A password is required to view all documentation relating to reduced air travel for retirees. This password must be obtained first by e-mailing a request to the webmaster.
Please note that the criteria to obtain an ID card has changed in 2025, and that a new procedure is in place for the request and booking of reduced rate travel (ZED fares).
Eligible retirees now have the same benefits as IATA staff and must use the same system to book and manage their ZED travel. All documentation related to the booking of ZED fares can be found in our protected section of this site (access with password only). They include the Employee ID Card Program, MyIDTravel Quick User Guide, Staff Traveller App and ZED Travel Guidelines.
Discounted fares and/or charges by other forms of passenger transport or services; e.g. cruise lines or resort hotels, are at the discretion of the carrier or service, either of the IATA ID Cards notwithstanding. The retiree ID card does not entitle the holder to discounted fare or service charges by any organization regardless of the type of ID card.
